Deposit and Payment:
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

The remaining balance is payable on-site on the first day of the workshop. A 2.4% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Draping to Pattern Workshop

Learn how to transform draping into fitted costume patterns in this hands-on workshop designed for cosplayers and creators.

Across two classes, you will learn how to create shapes directly on a dress form using draping techniques, make fitting adjustments, and transfer your finished drape into a usable paper pattern for your costume project.

Please send us reference pictures of the costume or design you would like to work on before the workshop.

Class Schedule:

Workshop includes:
・2 classes / 8 hours total
・Introduction to draping techniques
・Draping directly on a dress form
・Fitting and shape adjustments
・Transferring draping into a paper pattern
・Calico included
・Dress forms and basic tools provided
・Step-by-step guidance for your selected design
・Small-group instruction

Focus:
Pattern making only. Garment construction and sewing of the final costume are not included.

Intermediate · Suitable for cosplayers and creators with basic sewing knowledge.
